CAT JAM 2008 Registration Form
This is the official Cat Jam registration form.
Note that you MUST submit this form before attending. Anyone that does not register beforehand cannot be guaranteed food at the picnic, show merchandise or parking at the car show. We absolutely need to have your information before the event, even if you decide to back out later on, so that we can make more accurate preparation for the event.

Your privacy is of utmost concern and your information will not be shared with anyone.
After a successful submission, you will be taken to another page where you can optionally pay for your registration fees, T-shirt orders and/or donations. By paying for these items now, you won't have to worry about paying out-of-pocket at the show, thus freeing up cash for your trip. You don't have to do this now but it is worth considering. There are opt-outs along the way.
If you are bringing more than one vehicle, please submit an additional form for each vehicle.

| PRIVACY NOTICE
The information collected from your Cat Jam registration form is used solely for the purposes of the car show itself. The information is never shared or sold to anyone. We fully respect your privacy in this regard.
Why do we collect this information?
The reasons why we ask for your information are multiple:
- We will need your address to mail the CJ DVD when we compile it after the show. It's much easier to collect that information beforehand.
- We will need your phone number(s) in case we need to get in touch with you quickly just prior to the show. If something comes up at the show, your cell phone number is invaluable.
- Sometimes we need to find cars and line them up with people. Because people can sometimes have similar cars, the only way to differentiate them is through the year, model, color, and the license plates. Remember that virtually everyone at the show is from out of town so it is important that we quickly locate a vehicle if needed.
All of this information is compiled into a show-oriented spreadsheet. This spreadsheet is printed out the day of the show and then is used to see who's here, who's not here, who prepaid, who needs shirts, etc.
