The Hotel
The Red Roof Inn in Boardman was once again the host hotel. They were very gracious to all of the guests and kept an eye out for us. We fortunately had no problems all weekend long.

At the Park
This was everyone's first experience with Youngstown's best, the historic Mill Creek Park. On Friday night, we had a mini-caravan over to the park so that at least some people would know their way over from the hotel. I can't get over how overwhelmingly impressed everyone was. Our pavilion, Slippery Rock, was built in the early 1900's and was absolutely enormous. We had no problems fitting everyone underneath the shelter, and aside from the lack of a refrigerator, the facilities were perfect. The private parking lot was shaded most of the time we were there, and provided a picturesque setting for our Cats and 'Birds.
